Happy Father’s Day to my wonderful husband!!! We started our day at the opening of the Coeur d’ alene Ironman. WOW!! I have never seen the swim before (we usually go and watch the runners finish) let’s just say, I would never want to be one of those heads bobbing in the water!! It was so fun watching our friends accomplish such an extraordinary feat. 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run. Holy Smokes!!! Yes, they did it!! Congratulations to Sam Henkle, Bryan Ogle and Mike Crabb along with all the other 2009 Ironman athletes!!
