Hello, Thank you for visiting my blog! This is where I will feature my clients, give sneak peeks to recent sessions, announce specials and release new information. So stop by often......

I have been a professional photographer in the Coeur d' Alene area for 8 years. My FAVORITE day of the year is family picture day. We do it faithfully once a year. Pictures are priceless, such a treasure. That is why I do what I do! I am so grateful to have the opportunity to celebrate life with so many people! It is truly the journey of photography that I love, whether it’s an expectant mother, a precious newborn, a beautiful child or a dynamic family. Seeing them through a lens in a innovative way.....and then capturing it....It’s captivating. I love it! xo, Amy

One of my favorite things about my business is the privilege of spending such priceless moments with my clients. Seeing the love they share through my lens and capturing it! That’s really what it’s all about!!! It was such a blessing to me to see the love you had for each other and your new baby! Enjoy this magical time in your lives……………..

There is a new band in town!!!!!!

I got together with my buddies yesterday, you may know them……………..they are AWESOME photographers in town (Christina G Photography and Margaret Boyd Photography) We formed a rock band on the Wii. Holy Smokes we have talent!! We may have to quit our jobs and be a traveling “rock band”. Margaret scored a 100% twice as the lead singer, Chris scored a 97% on the drums and I scored 91% as the guitarist. This game started out with the kids, but quickly turned into a serious game for us mommies!! Feel free to call us if you need some entertainment! getattachment Chris is not in the photo because she was behind the camera! =)

Any suggestions for a band name??? Please let me know in the comment box below………………….(and be nice!) =)

christina g - Hey! That seriously was so fun….I laugh thinking about Margaret saying over and over throughout the “Roam” song, “messy”, “messy”?, “messy”?….over and over. At 1st I was thinking, ooh just must not be doing so well (I was trying to stay very focused on the drums!)…and then I thought, is that part of the song? And at the end, to figure out that her cord wasn’t even plugged! Too Funny!
OK…I just thought of a name (I am laughing as I am writing this) “The Ding Dongs” lol, haha. Well, not because we are ding dongs, I think we are pretty intelligent ladies But because of how much you love ding dongs. When I see ding dongs, I think of you! lol

Amy S. - Wow. You guys have got to be the coolest band in town. Our band is called The Psycho Shredders. I don’t think there is a better band name out there but I do kind of like The Hot Mamacita’s.

I remember when you were just taking pictures of your kiddos and a few friends, but your heart was to take it to the next level. Well you certainly did that! I wanted another baby……….

and all I got was a dog! Yes, we are a family with a dog. My hubby has been begging me (LITERALLY) for years for a “family” dog. I kept telling him, “when Avery turns three, we will get one”. Guess who turned three?

Don’t you think my kids need a “human” sibling?
By the way, I have NOOOOOO interest in “pet photography”. I can’t believe ** I ** had to “bark” to capture that first image! :O)
